Il Nemico

Tic, tac, c’è l’ora che batte
Hai la lancetta nella schiena
Tim, tum, c’è il cuore che pulsa
Senti il sangue come preme

Preme nelle tue vene

Ti credi formica, forte e sicura

Without a Name

Through desolate lands

Along untrodden trails

Alone I ride

My eyes pensive and tired

Into the horizon

Gazing afar

The cries of battle I recall

Victory and glory now long gone

Many a man fighting by my side

Cursed be my fate, now

I am the one without a name

Without a kingdom, fallen

I am the one without a name

Of the realm forgotten

My kin of noblest blood

Broken by treason

Curse fell upon all

The cries of battle I recall

Victory and glory now long gone

Many a man fighting by my side

Cursed be my fate, now

I am the one without a name

Without a kingdom, fallen

I am the one without a name

Of the realm forgotten

A Glorious Fate Awaits the Brave

From hostile lands far away

Foreigners in hordes came

By the thousands marching on

Our land to conquer and claim

Our land so free and untouched

Our kin so noble and pure

Brothers, unite under one hail

The enemy shall not prevail

Brothers by the sword

The same is our blood

Take up arms and forward ride

Fight for our land with pride

O brothers, forget not

This land is ours by blood

No invader shall it claim

Till the last of them is slain

Death by the thousands it reaps

Many a man brutally slain

The hefty price for their dare

In blood and lives to be paid

Fight, hold the line on tight

Fill hearts with honour and pride

Let it resound, our hail

The enemy must not prevail

Brothers by the sword

The same is our blood

Take up arms and forward ride

This may be our last fight

Brothers of mine, fear not

Even though we may fall

As is told

A glorious fate awaits the brave

Death and destruction lay all around

Many brothers slain and fallen down

Even though all now seems lost

We stand proud and charge once more

Brothers by the sword

The same is our blood

Take up arms and forward ride

This may be our last fight

Brothers of mine, fear not

Even though we may fall

As is told

A glorious fate awaits the brave

Ballad of a Forlorn Heart

The ways of fate would take you away

My time slips away, yet my scars remain

Broken by pain I still recall your Smile

In dreams so black I still can see your eyes

The untaken road I still behold

Numb to the world, I dream of times now long gone

Crying dry tears, I now walk alone

Screaming in silence, my heart loves alone

Apocalypse

I wander without hope on this dead world

A cold wind blows and flails me hard

I feel the death of love and soul

I see the ruins of peace and beautiful

I see the freezing gazes of people

People without eyes, people without hearts

The mighty sent our destinies to the slaughter

A dark tomorrow is coming closer

A black Sun is rising

The darkness is coming

All hope is dying

Grab your things and run away

Run if you want to survive

Fight if you want to stay alive

My Past, My Loss

I sit and watch the years go by

Memories fade and materialise

Small specks of dust in the dance of time

Dissolve in eternity’s ray of light

My past, my loss

I miss what I was

Without a soul

It’s not worth carrying on

Can you recall what you once were

The meadows and fields where you would play

The warm sun rays caressing your face

Ghosts of a past, oh so far away

My past, my loss

I miss what I was

Without a soul

It’s not worth carrying on

My Land and My Blood

Born a son of this land, wild and free

My flesh the earth and mountains so tall

My blood the water in rivers and sea

Within me the spirits of fathers long gone

O brothers, united by one blood

Our kin a pure atavistic bond

Our land untouched, free and untamed

Slain be the invader, ours be our fate

When hostile peoples will come from lands far away

Coming in hordes, our pure land to claim

No mercy we’ll know, the Gods by our side

Under one hail shall we fight and prevail

O brothers, united by one blood

Our kin a pure atavistic bond

Our land untouched, free and untamed

Slain be the invader, ours be our fate

His Last Sunset

Along the darkening mountains and plains

Among the bodies left there from the fight

There was a soldier, his soul was slain

Wounded to death in the fight

He cried in pain and feared the night

Neither more hopes nor words to say

'Cause when the sunset would have brought the night

He would have Passed Away

And then the nostalgic memories came

Of the ones he loved and were to him near

And those of the times he deceived and hurt them

Pierced his feelings like spears

His heart was now filled with sorrow and fear

And of regret now he cried in vain

'Cause he knew that time was coming near

For him to Pass Away

And now the horizon at the end of the plain

Was coloured by the bright red sunlight

He lifted his teary eyes again

Watching his last sunset

And as he lost the will to fight

The setting Sun put an end to the day

And when the Day gave way to the Night

Alone he Passed Away
